The Greyhound
The spirit of travel - and brunch
-
Story
You probably won't run faster after this juicy 1-minute cocktail, but it's still my go-to.
The Greyhound is very simple, delicious and refreshing. The cocktail originates in the 1940's, with the travelling salesmen who used the Greyhound Bus service to move around the country, before aviation was affordable. It was very popular at the bus terminals while waiting for their next journey.
Our luscious ATMOS ruby grapefruit gin is ideal for the Spirit of Travel.
