Story
A modern cocktail invented in the 1980's by Keith McNally at the famous New York City bar; Balthazar. It gained popularity quickly and went global due to its sweet and fruity flavour and its beautiful pink hue.
Why is it French? Chambord: black raspberry liqueur produced in France since the 17th century.
Perfect for parties.

Ingredients
- ATMOS dry gin (40 ml)
- Chambord Liqueur (20 ml)
- Pineapple Juice (60 ml)

Mixology
- Shake the Gin, Chambord and pineapple juice really hard in a shaker until the pineapple juice froths up a bit
- Strain into a martini glass
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge or raspberries

- Sparkling French Martini: Add a splash of champagne after pouring to finish the cocktail and amp up the celebrations.
